A real treat for the yoga lover, perfect for retreats and relaxation yoga. The problem is separating oneself from this beauty once your practice is done. The mat has a soft rubber backing, and the front is a thick layer of pure wool. I'm afraid the photo's don't do it justice.
The wool keeps you from slipping and has a lovely soft natural feel. Wool is thermo-regulating, so it will help keep you cool in the heat and warm when its cool.
