Q: Do you have a real shop?

A: Yes!! A beautiful green and pink one in Ballincollig, Co, Cork, just outside of Cork City. Have a look at the Contact page for details.

Q: What are the shop's opening hours?

A: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 till 5:30 pm.

Q: Do you have a phone number?

A: Yes. You can contact us at 021 421 4395 during the shop's opening hours.

Q. How does the ordering process work?

A. You will get an automated email confirming your order, and an email when your item is shipped. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you. Feel free to contact us if you have queries about your order.

Q. I live close by and want to pick up my order from your shop. I paid with Paypal or Apple Pay, and you charged me for postage, without ever even asking me if I wanted to collect my order. What's going on?

A. Accelerated payment providers, like Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, are so accelerated that they don't wait around to see if you want to do a local pickup. They are so fast that we don't even get the chance to give you the chance. There is nothing that we can do about this unfortunately.

Q. My order is a gift and I'd like it gift-wrapped.

A. Email us straight after you've made your order and we will wrap the gift. If you have bought a card, we can write that for you too, just let us know what to say.

Q: What if I have a burning question about a product in the middle of the night?

A: You can email us at info@snout.ie. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

Q. Can I park close to your shop?

A: Yes, there is lots of parking in Ballincollig.

Q: What kind of packaging do you use? Is it eco-friendly?

A: Please read our Packaging page.

Q: What if I want to return something?

A: Have a look at our Returns page for details of our Returns policy.

Q: I got a package from you and the item is damaged. What do I do?

A: Phone us please and we will find a solution.

Q: Are you a dropshipper?

A: No, we don't sell anything that we don't have in stock. Everything is available to view in our shop in Ballincollig. We put a lot of thought into our selection of stock, it has to be sustainable and ethically made, and, just as important, good design.
