Q: Do you have a real shop?
A: Yes!! A beautiful green and pink one in Ballincollig, Co, Cork, just outside of Cork City. Have a look at the Contact page for details.
Q: What are the shop's opening hours?
A: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30 till 5:30 pm.
Q: Do you have a phone number?
A: Yes. You can contact us at 021 421 4395 during the shop's opening hours.
Q. How does the ordering process work?
A. You will get an automated email confirming your order, and an email when your item is shipped. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you. Feel free to contact us if you have queries about your order.
Q. I live close by and want to pick up my order from your shop.
A. Make sure to select Local Pickup at checkout.
Q. I'd sooner not come into the shop with all this horrible Covid stuff.
A. We can do curbside delivery too. Just phone us when you are outside, after receiving the email saying your order is ready, and we'll bring your purchases out to your car.
Q. My order is a gift and I'd like it gift-wrapped.
A. Email us straight after you've made your order and we will wrap the gift. If you have bought a card, we can write that for you too, just let us know what to say.
Q: What if I have a burning question about a product in the middle of the night?
A: You can email us at info@snout.ie. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Q. Can I park close to your shop?
A: Yes, there is lots of parking in Ballincollig.

A: No, we don't sell anything that we don't have in stock. Everything is available to view in our shop in Ballincollig. We put a lot of thought into our selection of stock, and know each and every item in the shop, and in many cases, the people who made them.
