Daughters of Flowers is an ode to the simple beauty of plants, an honouring of slow and traditional processes. A grassroots botanical studio dedicated to creating nourishing herbal offerings in small batches, each step guided and tended to by hand.
Many of the herbs come from a long established kitchen garden, abundant in traditional herbs such as melissa, rosemary, skullcap and vervain, with hedgerows adorned with heirloom roses. Everything is bundled and dried seasonally . Other herbs are carefully wildcrafted from hedgerows and wild meadows or sustainably sourced from caring growers and fellow herbalists. All infusions are created on the new moon and are allowed to steep for up to three cycles.
A delicate and softly shimmering highlighting balm made with ethically harvested minerals, homestead beeswax, plant butters and oils, slowly infused with a own unique blend of whole plants and flowers. Includes extracts of wild yarrow and jasmine flower, long associated with the moon, to offer your skin a subtle pearly glow as well as a smooth and even surface for applying make-up.
The ritual ~ To use as a highlighter, gently apply a thin layer to your cheek, brow bones or décollété for a moonlit shimmer. You can also apply it to your eyelids, collar bone or Cupid’s bow. To use as a primer, apply a thin layer to clean skin before make-up to soften dry patches and fill in lines, creating a smooth surface. Apply exclusively to create an overall dewy glow.
Ingredients: Cera alba, Butyrospermum parkii, Simmondsia chinensis seed oil, Mica, Oenothera biennis seed oil, Achillea millefolium extract, Jasminum officinale extract. This product is Essential oil extract free.
