This pretty necklace is made with a brass feather and a natural lava bead. Lava stone is absorbent, so the necklace can be used for aromatherapy.

Apply 1-2 drops of therapeutic grade essential oil to the lava stone, then allow a moment for oil to absorb and wipe off the excess. Because lava beads are porous, they will hold the essential oil for 1-2 days.

Its very important to use only an essential oil that is specifically made to come in direct contact with the skin. Many oils are too strong for direct skin contact.
